Anti-Static

We have made these anti-static bags as a solution to ESD protection. These are able to shield its contents that require electrostatic discharge protection. These bags can be used to store and transport static-sensitive electronic components and devices. These bags are prepared with either a metallised film or with polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The metallised bags are generally silver in colour and use a layer of conductive metal and dielectric plastic layer.

Pet Bags prevent the building up of static discharge and protects from contact with static charge. The PET bags have a dissipative coating which prevents static charge building, and dissipates charge to the ground. But, these are not resistant to ESD. Some versions of PET bags contain carbon which provides partial shielding from static.
